When people ask me who my mentors are, I always refer to Zig Ziglar.

Having sat under his teaching when I was in my twenties, I never
forgot the things he said. Two of his sayings have become among
my favorite quotes.

"You get what you want when you help enough other people get
what they want"

and...

"People don't care how much you know till they know how much you
care."

I have carried these principles for doing business with me my
entire career.
