Here are a few of our most recent stories: NEW TOBACCO PROGRAM MANAGER FOR TTB'S REGULATIONS AND RULINGS DIVISION Amy Greenberg has moved from the position of Assistant Director in TTB's Regulations and Rulings Division to the position of Tobacco Program Manager. COLAs Online will be unavailable Thursday,February 6, 2014, from 4 - 6 a.m. ET, for the upgrade to COLAs Online Release 3.10.1. All aspects of the COLAs Online system will be unavailable during this upgrade, including access to the Public COLA Registry, viewing images and Printable Versions of COLAs, and submitting or updating applications for review and approval.
